Return & Refund Policy
At KERMIS, every product is printed and made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size ordered.

Preference for a different color or design.
-
Minor color variations caused by different screen displays.
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A damaged product,
-
A manufacturing defect,
-
A printing defect, or
-
The wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, include:

Your order number.
-
Clear photos of the product.

An unboxing video (recommended and may be required for damage claims).
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Your order is cancelled before it enters production.

Your order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as each product is made exclusively for your order.
